"Well the final, I thought was really poor. My start was bad and because I started badly I panicked a little bit so I did execute as I should throughout the race but it came together at the last part. So it's all about being race ready so I have to run more races to get more confident but tonight really helped me and showed me a few things so I should be ok."

"I think the first run was excellent. I think overall, the first run was great. Everything came together, everything was smooth. Like I said, it taught me a lot the first run so the second run I did, I just messed up, but it gave me the confidence and I should be ok next time."

"Yes you can always kick on at the last bit, but at the same time, it was important for me to come out here and win the race because this stadium is everything to me and the support of the crowd was incredible."

"Definitely. I'm excited. I'm looking forward to it. I've just got to stay injury free and keep focused. I'm going to a training camp tomorrow and then after that, the next race will be the World Championships."
