"There's no gambling here, we've got a lot of players in this group, there's 30 odd now but we've got a wider group as well that were in earlier on that I believe in 100%, I believe in those players. Any player that steps into the file to play in that jersey, I'll be believing in 100% at that time too. So for me there's no gamble no matter who I pick. I have to pick a team to do a certain job on Saturday night and I feel that this team is the best one to do that, and that may be different another day, it may not be. Whoever it is, I'm with.

"We want to have 45 players who can drop in at any time because we've got a really clear way of playing the game. Each person knows his role in the number that he plays in, and of course each individual will bring his own talents to the game. We don't want to be stressing if we lose a number 13, because we've got another guy who's going to step right in there and do that job, that role, with his own set of skill, and that's what i'm counting on over the next few months. These guys will have the first opportunity to play like that this Saturday, because that's our real focus at this point."
