"First of all, we're announcing that we've made modifications to our current stadium plans so we're going from 56,000 (capacity) to just over 61,000. It's a new style of stadium. We've also announced that we're linking with the NFL, the NFL are joining with us for a 10-year deal which will be a minimum of 20 games over that period. So it will be the first stadium of its kind where soccer and the NFL will be co-existing."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Daniel Levy, Tottenham chairman

"The first thing we've done is we've got two pitches. We've got an artificial pitch which is for the NFL and we've got a retractable soccer pitch. Two surfaces which means obviously that we'll be able to play without any problems and damage, particularly to the soccer pitch."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Daniel Levy, Tottenham chairman

"This stadium, we wanted it to be unique. We wanted to create an environment in Tottenham as an area that was...it was part of a regeneration project. So we're creating a leisure hub - soccer, NFL, we've got an extreme sports area, we've got a huge public realm which is bigger than Trafalgar Square. So we're really creating a destination."
