SOUNDBITE: (English) Josh Hazlewood, Australia bowler:

"The conditions suited us in that first hour. We probably made the most of it there but didn't stick to our guns, I guess, for the next couple of sessions and I think we just built pressure and then sort of leaked the runs and the pressure went away. But I think we got better throughout the day and hopefully that's a positive we can take out of it."

"I think it's pretty much what we expected. I think maybe a few balls that rolled early certainly surprised us and I think, as you said, the ball not carrying through to Hadds (Brad Haddin) for the majority of the day was a bit surprising. But I think it's quite a slow wicket and that's what we expected so we've just got to try and deal with that as best we can."

"I think Moeen Ali's a bit of a danger man, he's quite a clean hitter of the ball so...as long as we can attack the other three guys and knock them over as quick as we can, and get batting will be obviously the plan."

Q - Do you feel there's enough in the pitch to do that?

"Yeah, I think so. As we've said before, it's slow but I think it's swinging enough. If you get the ball in the right areas, it is doing enough."
