Sebastien Ogier extended his lead at the top of the Rally Poland standings to 7.2 seconds after stage 13.

The Volkswagen driver came second in stage 12 to Ott Tanak but recovered to snatch victory from the Estonian in the following race by 3.7 seconds.

Ogier's team-mate Andreas Mikkelsen achieved top-four stage times throughout Saturday morning and remains firmly in contention for a maiden WRC victory.

Tanak spoiled Volkswagen's clean sweep of the podium by piping Jari-Matti Latvala to third. 

First place in stage 12 and second spot in the next race leaves the Ford Fiesta RS driver 20 seconds off the pace.

Home favourite Robert Kubica remains seventh, ahead of Briton Kris Meeke.
