Paraguay have a number of injury concerns ahead of their Copa America third place play-off against Peru in Conception.

You imagine there's a few players here who would have preferred to have just gone home after the 6-1 loss to Argentina in the Copa America semi-final.

But Paraguay have to pick themselves up and prepare for a third place play-off against Peru.

They lost 2-1 against hosts Chile in their last four match and are in this game for the second Copa in a row.

Several Paraguay players are injured. Strikers Nelson Haedo Valdez, Derlis Gonzalez and Roque Santa Cruz were absent from this training session.

Nestor Ortigoza is definitely out. It's been a tough, gruelling campaign for Paraguay, they played Brazil and Uruguay before Lionel Messi tore them apart in that crushing semi-final defeat.

Apart from taking third place, it will be a big match for Lucas Barrios, he's scored three goals in the competition and so still has a slim chance of finishing as the tournament's top scorer.
