SOUNDBITE (English) Gianni Infantino, General Secretary of UEFA:

"To our knowledge Mr Davor Suker has never been interrogated by the German authorities for any wrong doing. I think you may have seen this morning Mr Davor Suker published an open letter confirming this fact as well. With this I can only say that our bodies will not hesitate to take any action against anyone if there's evidence of match fixing."

SOUNDBITE (English) Gianni Infantino, General Secretary of UEFA:

"When it comes to the main changes that will enter into force tomorrow, they will address for example situations where the clubs have undergone a recent business restructuring or a take-over and occasions where clubs wish to invest substantially within the spirit of financial responsibility. So the club that wants to invest for example because the new owner is coming and wants to take a club, or because it wants to increase its revenues. From the economic point of view the argument is, say, if I want to increase my revenue I will need at the beginning to invest something. These clubs can go to the club financial control body and ask for a so called voluntary agreement."
