SOUNDBITE: (Mandarin) Fu Lei, Former head coach of Beijing Cubs:

(On his first impression of Song Andong:)

"Song was very clever, he learnt things very fast. He was also a very physical boy. Meanwhile, he was very nice and polite to his coaches and to his team-mates. I thought he was going to be a very good hockey player."

SOUNDBITE: (Mandarin) Fu Lei, Former head coach of Beijing Cubs:

"Song used to be a forward in my team. He was the main player for our attacking play. When I met him last year, he became a defenceman. That was great because he stays really calm during the match, so, because of this, he can fully take advantage. Song is a good organiser, and he can still lead the attack from any position."

SOUNDBITE: (Mandarin) Fu Lei, Former head coach of Beijing Cubs

"I hope more people will fall in love with the sport of hockey. We want to see more Song Andong's from China. I do hope one day those players don't have to play abroad. We would have our own professional league, like CHL. Beijing will have its own professional club, such as Guoan in football, then Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdon, they all have their clubs. It will be fantastic if China is going to have its own professional league."
