South Africa spoke about their forthcoming tour of Bangladesh on Monday.

"Bangladesh are playing some really good cricket. They are an in-form team at the moment, they've beaten India, which took a really powerful Indian team over. So the days of going over and resting five or six players because you're playing Bangladesh, because they are …… that is gone. It is like touring one of the big countries now. You got to take your best team and you've got to prepare really well when you get there and take it very seriously. So obviously we have seen how that India have lost and we can take some learning from where they have gone wrong and make sure that we don't do the same."

SOUNDBITE (English) Faf du Plessis, South Africa captain:

"I think the nice thing about technology now is that it assists you in in the five per cent that it can. It is not going to make a warm day all of a sudden become a chilly day, but it does really help. You sweat a lot in countries like Bangladesh, so to have the nice kit does help five per cent."

"A very exciting season for us, test cricket which we haven't had a lot of over the last year. We've got ten Test matches in the next six months that is still the truest form of the game, players really pride themselves with their performances there, so that is very exciting for us. Our preparation leading to the T20 World Cup can be massively important and also trying to get to number one and one or two in the one day international… I think we are joint third at the moment, So we would like to get our ODI ranking back up to number one or two in the next year or so."
