Caroline Wozniacki is in the semi-finals at Eastbourne for the third year in a row. She beat Andrea Petkovic in this quarter-final although the match looked in the balance for much of the first set, she broke in the ninth game and served out to win 7-5 before dominating the second set 6-1.

Despite her good record in getting to semi-finals here, she's lost the last two, the Dane will have to beat Belinda Bencic if she is to end that run here. The Swiss came from a set down to beat Britain's Johanna Konta 2-6, 6-0, 6-3.

It was more straight forward for Agnie Radwanska, she looks to be getting back to her best after a difficult year, she beat Tsvetana Pironkova 6-2, 6-2 and will face Sloane Stephens next after her opponent Daria Gavrilova pulled out with abdominal pain
