But this issue is being investigated and I'm not in a position to give you any further information at this time."

    "There is no further update that I can give you. All I can do is point you to the respective web sites and statements that have been made by the organisations. It obviously was a tragedy, and our condolences go out to the families involved, but regarding specific information, those responsible organisations need to be the source of information relating to that incident."
