    The rowing World Cup concluded on Sunday (21 June) with 11 finals contested in perfect conditions on Lake Varese in Italy.

    It was the USA who dominated the women's eight race, maintaining their unbeaten run and powering to the line ahead of second-placed Canada who were unable to close the gap.

    Great Britain, earned the bronze.

    At her first international regatta of the 2015 season, Australia's Kim Crow reigned supreme in the women's single skulls final.

    Crow powered to the line a full eight seconds clear of second-placed Genevra Stone of the United States.

    The Americans also won the Women's Fours ahead of the Australians.

    Olympic champions Germany were piped by world champions Great Britain in the men's eight.

    The British here winning by less than a stroke from the Germans.

    The Dutch were too good in the men's pairs ahead of the Italians in second.

    The men's quadruple sculls final was also tightly contested with a late move from Great Britain pushing Canada out of the lead.

    Great Britain then winning with 10 medals from New Zealand's six and Australia in third with five medals.
