You're about to see a routine that may well leave you breathless. Ineke van Schoor, Julie van Gelder and 15-year-old Kaat Dumarey won Belgium's first gold at the European Games at Baku thanks to this stunning performance in the group acrobatic gymnastics. 

They won it by more than a point in the final at the National Gymnastics Arena, totalling 86.48.

The crowd there enjoyed that and the home fans at the Taekwondo certainly enjoyed this, Azerbaijan's Milad Beigi Harchegani beat Russia's Albert Gaun to win gold. Azerbaijan's president among those to enjoy the moment. And there should be plenty more to come with over a week left of competition.
