SOUNDBITE: (English) Jade Jones, Great Britain:

"Yeah, you - that feeling of waking up in the morning and your medal is at the side of your bed and thinking 'oh, I have done it'. It is just the best feeling in the world."

"Yeah it is really special, you know I am youth Olympic Games champion, Olympic Games champion and so European Games champion…it is just amazing to have all them three at such a young age. I really wanted to be able to get all three."

"Yeah, we get 40 ranking points here so that's taken my qualification for Rio (2016 Olympic Games) even closer and even more certain. I come into this competition wanting to be the champion just for the medal really rather than the points really but the points are a bonus."

"Yeah I think GB (great Britain)Taekwondo has just been going from strength to strength and we have all been training so hard. That is one thing that we said coming in here, like no one trains harder than us. We are constantly training and the pace and the pressure that we have on girls..literally non stop and a lot of girls can't even deal with it. I just think we are really aggressive and strong as a team."
