    World number 87 Ana Konjuh booked her place in Monday's Nottingham Open final after defeating fifth seed Alison Riske 6-4 6-3.

    17-year-old Konjuh broke in the opening game before rain postponed the match for nearly two hours.

    When play resumed Konjuh raced into a 3-1 lead before the inclement weather forced another delay.

    The Croatian returned to serve out the set.

    Despite completing her quarter-final against qualifier Sachia Vickery just a few hours earlier, Konjuh didn't show any signs of fatigue as she broke mid-way through the second.

    Before securing victory with a stunning return from the 24-year-old's serve.

    This one hour 36 minutes victory sees Konjuh advance to her first WTA final.

    She'll meet Monica Niculescu after the Romanian recorded a shock three-sets defeat of top seed Agnieszka Radwanska.
