"It is just the expectations and pressure that come with being an Olympic Champion. That has been quite hard and still only I am learning and improving only now. But at first yeah my life did change, you know - going to all the red carpet events and everyone knowing your name but now it is back to training, back to the gritty, smelly gyms so it is just the same now."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Jade Jones, TeamGB:  (on missing out on medals at the recent World Championships):

"Yeah, it is really disappointing and for a few days I was really upset and thinking 'what do I do now' and but luckily Baku was just around the corner so normally you have time to dwell on it and it is ages away since your next major event and so you are just heartbroken by Baku is just around the corner so it was like, 'right, crack on and get back to training' and literally just had to do that really. Yeah it gives me that extra fire in my belly, I've never really lost that before so what I have learnt is that I don't want that to happen again."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Jade Jones, TeamGB:  (on the weight of expectation):

"Yeah, definitely, because every time you fight everyone is expecting you to win. So, it is quite hard and my weight category is really hard so I haven't got the right to just win and if I am going to win I have to be on it and fight out of my skin and that is what people don't realise. But I am going in confident and just really excited really to just get in there and fight."
