Virat Kohli said on Tuesday (8th June) that it was, "Pretty exciting for me to start as full-time Test captain" as India prepare to take on Bangladesh in the one-Test series on Wednesday (9th June).

"Wickets in Bangladesh are pretty similar every where, there is no change of soil, the nature of the wicket is pretty much the same everywhere, most of the guys have played here in the past last year and we pretty much know how the wicket plays. You don't really need to practice again and again on places that you have played a lot of cricket and Bangladesh is certainly we have played a lot of cricket, so we know what the wicket is like."
