    (Q. How would you assess the first six months of the year for you? It's obviously been pretty good.)

"My game I think is back close to where it needs to be to winning slams. Physically I'm back there again, and obviously now with the grass court season coming up, you know, hopefully I can get myself an opportunity there and play much better going into the grass this year than I was last year. Physically I'm in a much better place. We'll see what happens the next few months, but it's been a good start to the year."

    (Q. It's was a tough match for both of you. Even though you lost, are you happy about your performance today?)

"Yeah, I mean, obviously like right now I'm upset, but, yeah, I would say I mean, after Novak, I would say, I probably played the best tennis in the major events, in the slams. Also in the Masters Series I have been quite consistent in the ones that I have played."

    (Q. What were you thinking this morning when you were to start playing this match which had been interrupted? Do you think you were a little bit lucky last night because of the interruption or not?

"Well, I don't think I was lucky. I think, you know, I was playing some great tennis yesterday. He found his game late in the third. I had many opportunities to finish the match in straight sets, but credit to Andy. He showed why he's one of the biggest competitors and fighters on the tour. A bit different conditions, you know, with sun and then later in the evening got a bit slower. He was using his variety in the game very well. Was really tough match, over four hours all together, yesterday and today. No different from any other match that we played against each other. It's always a thriller, always a marathon. I'm very glad that I managed to finish this match as a winner. I was hoping I can do it before, but, again, I don't think I have done too much wrong,"

    (Q. You beat a record coming first into the press conference (usually the winner comes in after the loose at the presser. What did you think of Andy's performance?)
"I want to congratulate him for a great tournament and great fight, and I wish him all the best. For me, the reason why I came right away from the court is because I have a pretty important match tomorrow and I need to recover."
