Bonhomme quickest again in Red Bull Air Race

Sunday, May 31 2015 by SNTV
  • Intro:

Britain's Paul Bonhomme managed to pull off a dramatic last-gasp victory in qualifying over Japan's Yoshihide Muroya at the Red Bull Air Race World Championship in Rovinj, Croatia.

    Script:

The serene surroundings of Rovinj in Croatia is sounding rather different this weekend as planes from the Red Bull air race tear through the air. On Saturday the pilots raced in qualifying to decide who will face who on raceday, this was Yoshihide Muroya's best run and he'll have been happy with it... UPSOT pilot radio.

He remained out in front for some time too until the final run of the day from Paul Bonhomme, the British pilot went just under 4 hundreths of a second quicker to take first place, more evidence that he is ready to win his third title. He has won both races so far this season in Abu Dhabi and Chiba... UPSOT "perfect."

That's exactly what he's been so far, will that continue on the day when everything is on the line, raceday.
