SOUNDBITE (English) Martin Guptill, New Zealand opening batsman:
"Yeah, obviously, it was disappointing. We thought we played some pretty good cricket through that Test match and you know, it was pretty special to be part of such a great match that went down to the last hour of the game, so... pretty disappointed to come out on the losing side, but there are a lot of positives we can take from it."
Q: 'What do you change?'
"Just score more runs than England... that's the bones of it, I guess. We weren't quite at our best in that second innings, but... we got ourselves into a position to save the match, then obviously a couple of key moments which went against us and those things change games."
SOUNDBITE (English) Martin Guptill, New Zealand opening batsman:
"I think there's always determination when you go 1-0 down in a series, even coming into the series we were pretty determined, but you know, we're obviously coming from behind here and we're looking forward to the challenge this week and hopefully, we can come out on top."
SOUNDBITE (English) Martin Guptill, New Zealand opening batsman:
"I don't think it's dented too much confidence. We've got a very strong squad over here and we've got the guys who can do the job for us, so we've every confidence that we can come out this week and get the Test win."
SOUNDBITE (English) Martin Guptill, New Zealand opening batsman:
"Yeah, it is. We've got every confidence in each and every single player in the squad and we're gelling well as a team, enjoying each other's company and enjoying the cricket, so it's pretty hard to be down."
