SOUNDBITE: (English) Roger Federer, defeated Alejandro Falla 6-3,6-3, 6-4:

    (Q. That incident in the end with the fan, this is not really the first time that fans or protesters or different individuals have managed to get on the court. Does that kind of thing worry you? )

"Well, I'm not happy about it. Obviously not one second I'm happy about it. It happened yesterday in the practice, too. It's just a kid, but then three more kids came and today on centre court, where you would think this is a place where nobody can come on, just wanders on and nothing happens. It happened during the finals in '09 as well for me, so I definitely think this is something that, something needs to happen quickly. Basically yesterday already."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Stan Wawrinka, defeated Marsel Ilhan 6-3, 6-2, 6-3:

    (Q. Is that as good a start as you would have hoped for in a slam?)

"Yeah, it was a great start, good match, feeling the ball well. I had only one hour of practice here in Paris, so I'm really happy to play that way already. My game is there, I'm feeling great on the clay since few weeks now. Got the confidence back and playing well. So I'm happy to get through in three sets. "

SOUNDBITE: (English) Gilbert Ysern, French Open Director and Organiser:

    (Q. What was your reaction to Roger Federer's comments?)

"Of course his comments just make sense and he was pissed off with what happened in court. Clearly he has good grounds for being unhappy. Well, I prefer to react to what happened. I think, well, to some extent it's not the end of the world of course, we should not make too big a case of that, but it's embarrassing of course for an organiser when something like that happens. Well it simply shows that we collectively as an organisation made a mistake and we will have to correct that, of course, and make sure it doesn't happen again. "
