Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew talks about plans for next season, the future of Yannick Bolassie and his hopes for Newcastle ahead of his side's final league fixture against Swansea on Sunday.

"Yeah we need a bit more creativity at home when teams starting to come now and sit against us. To unlock the door, we need a few more options on that side and certain other areas I think could be improved."

"Well I don't think there is many players that get clapped off at Anfield for a performance where he disrupted a team as good as them. He needs to find the end product and he will work on that hard next year. We might have more of a problem the end of next year if he starts really banging the net because it's really been his thorn in his side is his actually goals."

Question: So you think he will stay at least another year?

"I think it would be mistake just this season a top club to get him - I don't think he is ready. But he will be maybe in a year or so when he has got that final hurdle and then hopefully there will be no stopping him. He's a fantastic boy, a fantastic talent. I love him to bits - I call him my magic man and hopefully he will give us some magic on Sunday."
