"It was nice to put a good round together. I have been struggling a little bit lately so it was nice to keep it going through the whole 18 holes. It's good."

"I felt like I left a couple out there, but when I look at the leaderboard I'm only three shots off the lead (now six) so everyone else must have been finding it quite difficult out there as well. I didn't feel like any aspect of my game was really off today but at the same time, I didn't do anything that good either so there's definitely room for improvement over the next few days."

"it is yes. Around here it's a great place. It's obviously our flagship event so it's a great start but unfortunately nothing more than that. You don't get the trophy on the first day so I need to keep my head down and do the same tomorrow and Saturday and Sunday and see if that is going to be enough."
