SOUNDBITE: (English), Theresa Tolken, victim of Bob Hewitt:

"I'm not happy at all with what has happened this morning, personally I think Hewitt's legal team are playing games with us, they've have changed advocates and are asking for an extension. It's all just games so that they can have more time, more time and more time. This is absolute nonsense this man has been out of jail for the last 30 years, he should have been in years ago. It's incredible, put him in jail, let them appeal but just put him in jail. He has to see his jail time, he has to do is sentence and they are just drawing it out. This is not on, they have let us down, I'm entirely happy with the six years but is he going to serve it or are they going to carry on playing games like this, is he ever going to get to jail? It's all very well in writing but he has to get in there. This is absolute nonsense and it cannot go on, I'm not coming out again, I won't be coming out again, I'm losing confidence again I must be honest - this man must be in jail, he should."
