Dame Laura Davies, also of England, is tied on 4-under with 10 others with Sweden's Camilla Lennart a shot ahead in 8th place overall.
Davies will be inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in July.
Rebecca Artis of Australia is 6 shots off the lead and tied with Scotland's Carly Booth.
France's Gwladys Nocera is 8-under - a shot behind Pamela Prestwell of Scotland in second place.
Reid leads Prestwell by three shots going into the penultimate round.
