(What are your top priorities, if elected?) "Well, top priority of course for us today is how we bring the youth and kids to our sport - to secure our future to attract them. It means we must do activities and speak on the same language. And of course to very well understand what they are thinking. The second area which is also very important for us - to make very strong our member federations. We must serve them, we must assist them, we must support them, to be strong. For that we need to allocate more financial support to them - more grants to them, because they need that. And also we must have minimum two paid staff in every member federation because so many federations don't have that. Financial condition for them - we must also help them develop a strategic plan. How to bring more money, more financial support, some sponsorship for them. This is the areas where we must be focused - this is the key. Fight regarding the doping and clean sport - protect our clean athletes. These are the key priorities which will be done as quickly as possible."
