"After opening the doors to the International Federations in the IOC that are qualified, in a far-reaching and inclusive manner, we will then consider how to narrow down the list. The criteria will be considered at the IOC board meeting on June 7th and 8th. And based on that, we ourselves will also consider what criteria we think may be necessary, in order to narrow down the list."
