Usain Bolt spoke on Friday (1st May) ahead of the start of the IAAF Relay World Championships in the Bahamas.

"For me I am just happy to be back competing at full health. I've been training really hard. I've been putting in the work.I've been looking forward to these relays because I enjoy running relays. It's one of my favourite things to do because track and field is an individual sport. So any chance I get to run a relay is always fun to run with my teammates. So for me, I am really looking forward to this. It's very relaxing. It's going to be great. I know my teammates are going to put on a great show and it's going to be good because the team lost against the USA (in previous relay) so now it's like a showdown."

"For me it's always fun. I really, really enjoy relays. I always look forward to it at the end of the championships and now I can actually come and just run relays is just wonderful for me.
