Philipp Kohlschreiber remained on track to reach his fourth final in Munich after rallying to dispatch David Goffin of Belgium 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the quarter-
final on Saturday (May 2nd).
Kohlschreiber fired six aces and won three of seven break point opportunities to secure the one-hour, 43-minute victory.
The German is a two-time champion in Munich, having won in 2007 and 2012.
He was also runner-up in 2013.
He will face Austria's Gerald Melzer in the semi-finals after the 24-year-old beat compatriot Dominic Thiem 7-6(5), 3-6, 6-3.
