SOUNDBITE: (English) Curtly Ambrose, West Indies bowling coach

''With two days to go in the test match there is still a lot of time left, England are 70 odd runs ahead at this point, It was tough going to the bowlers today, the pitch for me has flattened out some much but I think the bowlers bowled well in stages, we still need to be a bit more disciplined and just have to make sure tomorrow England don't get away with a fast start.'

SOUNDBITE: (English) Curtly Ambrose, West Indies bowling coach

'It's up to us to make sure they don't get a big lead, if they get 150 or 200 run lead we could be under some pressure, so its up to us as bowlers tomorrow that we keep that lead to a minimum.'

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Jonathon Trott, England

'You don't spend all those hours in the nets to get 50's, you go there to get match defining 100's but unfortunately i couldn't do that today, so Joe (Root) has gone on and put us in a really good position.'

    SOUNDBITE: (English) Jonathon Trott, England

'300 runs in a day is a pretty good effort and the guys played nicely, I think the hitting of the gaps was really good, unfortunately we lost a few wickets at the end, which is never ideal but at the start of the day you would have taken that, and I think the bowled pretty well as well.'
