    SOUNDBITE (English) Usain Bolt:

"As I said, I wanted to run under 10 seconds. It didn't happen. It's just one of those things, I think my execution in the race was really poor. I just think it's the lack of running 10 metres. So, I have said it earlier this week that it's all about getting races in. The more I run, the better I get. It's all about running more and more and more. I am just looking forward to continue running and try to stay injury-free. I am not happy but it's one of those things. I have to move on and just look over the race. My coach will analyse it and explain to me what I need to work on and I should be OK."

    SOUNDBITE (English) Usain Bolt:

"Well, you can't tell until you get here. I think I am getting there, I just need more races. I am excited for the Olympics. As I said earlier, I enjoy come to Brazil because it feels I'm coming home now. I have been here so many times and the crowd has given me so much love. So, I am definitely looking forward to the Olympics here (Q: What about your preparations?) You have to think one year at a time. It's all about trying to get through this season first and then I will concentrate on the Olympics. But, right now, I am just trying to run myself into shape and get better over the races. So, I am happy with the pace I am going and, as long I stay injury-free, I think it should be good."
