With a place in the Miami Open final at stake this time Andy Murray was looking to beat Tomas Berdych in a semi-final for the second time this season. Both players broke serve in the opening games but the British number one's break in the third proved decisive in the first set as he served out to win it 6-4.

Murray broke Berdych to love in the opening game of the second set, he handed that straight back with a double fault in the next before sealing his fourth break of the match in the third game.

The Czech made sure it wasn't going to be easy from then on in, shots like this typified that.

But Murray did hold his nerve and his serve to win 6-4, 6-4.... He'll now have to beat either John Isner or Novak Djokovic to become champion here for a third time.
