SOUNDBITE (English) Brek Shea, USA goalscorer:
(On his goal).
"I went up and saw the angle. Jozy was going to take it and I told him it's more suited for a left footed player and he backed off and said 'go right ahead'."
SOUNDBITE (English) Brek Shea, USA goalscorer:
(On the red card and the result).
"You don't want to go down (to ten men). I don't think it was a red card either. We ground out a result and we didn't do that last game. I'm disappointed we didn't win, but we ground out a point."
SOUNDBITE (English) William Yarbrough, USA goalkeeper:
(On making his debut as a second-half substitute).
"I was excited. I felt honoured, privileged and with that sense of commitment to give everything I had to defend this nation which is the US."
SOUNDBITE (English) Michael Bradley, USA captain:
(On the result).
"It's important to be able to come away with the points on these kind of nights. Going down a man for the last 20 minutes, difficult conditions, field is not perfect and so to be able to stick together, have a strong mentality and still find ways to come away with the result in these kind of games is very important so I think it's very good."
