"i'm very happy to be honest. I've had a bit of a break since (playing in) Thailand and I haven't done, played, a lot of golf but I've practiced a little bit and got myself ready for this week and come out here and found myself at six-under-par through two rounds. (So I'm) pretty happy with the form and I played very well in Thailand and the tournaments leading up to that and I've still got the same swing thoughts and the same mental thoughts so it's been carrying on this week which is good."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Ben Evans (joint fifth, five-under-par)

"I think it's been a lot better, it's been coming (my form). I've just been playing solid really. I haven't really been doing (much) I just need to start hitting it a bit closer really and holing a few more putts, but that's the same as everyone I guess."

"I just played, probably, sensible golf which you have to do out here and I had a spell in the middle where it all seemed to fall together and I holed a couple of nice putts and, yes, it was a decent day."

"I've kind of been trying to be as patient as possible this season. It's been frustrating at times but I had a good little session in the gym this morning and thought to myself, go out and refocus today. I got off to a really nice start and, it had been there (my form). I'd been shooting the highest (best) possible score that I could a lot of the time when I was out on the golf course and I finally got a bit of reward today but even then, the back nine I played lovely and I didn't really make too many putts at all. But I'm really happy with six-under-par and I'm in a nice position for the weekend."
