Philippines-born NFL quarterback Tim Tebow paid a visit to Manny Pacquiao's training camp at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California, USA on Saturday.

    Script:

    SOUNDBITE (English) Tim Tebow, quarterback:
Q: Is this the first time you've seen Manny train?
"It is, but it's been really cool. Been really fun."
Q: And what to you think of his form, his condition?
"Oh, I think he's great. I think he's in great shape, he looked great today and it's fun to watch him work."
Q: Any thought on the fight against (Floyd) Mayweather?
"You know, I hope that both of them just go out there and they fight well and I think it's going to be a great fight and I'm looking forward to watching it."
Q: You have a special heart for the Philippines, tell us what you're doing and why?
"I do. I was actually born in the Philippines and I've been back there every year since I was fifteen and we just opened a hospital in Davao City (the country's fourth largest city) and we also have an orphanage there in the Philippines and I love it and I just have a huge heart for the Filipino people, I think they are very sweet and you know, it's just my pleasure to go back there and serve and to try to make a difference."

    SOUNDBITE (English) Tim Tebow, quarterback:

"Well, I think the most important thing that Manny has done is, he's been an inspiration to so many people all over the world and I think the most amazing thing about him is, you know, in life so much of the time we can make it so much about us and become really selfish and he's been able to inspire millions of people for so long and that's more important then winning any fight, his ability to inspire and encourage and change so many people's lives and so I'm very proud of him for that."

SOUNDBITE (English) Manny Pacquiao and Tim Tebow: (on whether Pacquiao has head of Tebow before)

    Pacquiao: "Tim Tebow? Of course."
    "He's popular!"
Tebow: "Not like he is though!"
Pacquiao: "He's my favourite... he's good. You know, the most... why I like him is that he helps a lot, he helps people. Especially in the Philippines."
