    Script:

It was semi-final time at Indian Wells and the crowd were treated to two masterful performances.

Action got underway with Novak Djokovic against Andy Murray and the Serb came out all guns blazing.

He never allowed Murray to find his composure as he attacked him with a series of impressive shots.

Murray was also let down by his serve on the day, the Briton was broken four times on his way to a sixth successive defeat to Djokovic.

He had 29 unforced errors and just seven winners, while Djokovic wowed the crowd with some wonderful groundstrokes.

The Serb dropped just one service game on his way a simple 6-2, 6-3 victory over Murray.

He can now look forward to a final match-up with Roger Federer.

This, after the Swiss defeated Canada's Milos Raonic in the day's second semi-final.

Here too the crowd were treated to an exhibition by Federer who put together some magnificent points.

The first game proved to be tough going for Federer as he only broke his big serving opponent late in the set for a 6-5 lead.

    Eventually securing the set 7-5.

The second seed consolidated his advantage in the second with an early break and never looked to be any real trouble after that.

He closed the set and the match out 7-5, 6-4 to set up the final with Djokovic.

It will be the 38th meeting between the world number one and the world number two.

The two faced off in last year's final at Indian Wells, with Djokovic securing the victory in three sets.
