"Yeah definitely, I've been talking to my tattooist, it's a nice thing to have, something tattooed on your body that you're going to remember for the rest of your life, because it's there for the rest of your life. I'll definitely, probably think about it coming in after this but obviously first things first, I'm not thinking about my tattoos at the moment I'm thinking about, obviously, the game of rugby at the weekend."

"When we're in the game, not losing our composure. I think at the start, we don't know what's going to happen in the game but if we do need to chase a few points then we need to not get frustrated too early in the first half. Staying quite composed and look, if they score or we should score and do something wrong well, lads we need to be better, but also we need to relax a bit and keep sticking to the plan and our processes, eventually things will hopefully come."
