SOUNDBITE: (English) Shakib Al Hasan, vice-captain, Bangladesh (on Bangladesh's performance in this World Cup)

"Yes, i think this year we are prepared well enough. I'm not saying we didn't prepare well in the 2011 World Cup...but I think the important thing was we win the first game and that get us going. And we never looked back from there on and there are so many performers in this year's World Cup and there were two or three, you can count, in the last year World Cups. So i think this is the change and it's a good sign for Bangladesh cricket that so many players are contributing for the team".

SOUNDBITE: (English) Shakib Al Hasan, vice-captain, Bangladesh (on the win against India in 2007 world cup)

"Well, obviously it will be in our memory but it will be a new game and we all know it. India are a very good side and they have some world class players. Obviously it is going to be hard for us, we know that and we are up for the challenge, we are preparing well enough, i guess. If we play to our potential and it is a one-off game, so if we play our best cricket, anything can possible".

SOUNDBITE: (English) Shakib Al Hasan, vice-captain, Bangladesh (whether India risk taking Bangladesh lightly)

"I don't think in World Cup any team take any other team lightly. And it's a quarter-final, it's a one-off game, so no one will take, i guess, no one will take anyone lightly. As i said, India got a very good team, they are the defending world champions and they got some world class players. We are doing well in this world cup, our confidence is high enough and we are up for the match".
