SOUNDBITE (English) Giedo van der Garde, Dutch Formula One Driver:

Question: "Giedo do you expect to race this weekend?"

"Ah yes. I'm looking forward to it. It's been a long trial and I'm very happy with the outcome, obviously. I'm very fit, I'm very strong and I'm looking forward to go (going) back to the team, work hard and do our best this weekend."

Question: "Do you see any safety reason that you can't race?"

"No, not at all. I mean I'm the fittest ever. I've been training the last three months flat out and I'm looking forward to going back to the team. I had a very good relationship, I still have a very good relationship with the team, so I'm looking forward to racing this weekend."

Question: "What about the other guys? (Sauber's current drivers, Marcus Ericsson or Felipe Nasr)"

"Well, I think it's up to them what they going to do and up to the team. It is not my thing."

Question: "Is it unfortunate that it has come to this? You had to go to court.?"

"Well you know I'm happy, I'm happy that we won the case and that we stand here and now I'm looking forward to get back to business."
