SOUNDBITE (English) Tony Pulis, West Bromwich Albion coach:

(on the FA Cup quarter-final at Aston Villa and the performance he wants to see from his team)

"We're looking for a kind of performance that will get us through to the semi-finals. FA Cup is... cup football is 'one-off' games and you need a little bit of luck, you need the breaks and that is what we'll be looking for. We'll be looking to work really hard and hopefully we'll get the breaks this time."

SOUNDBITE (English) Tony Pulis, West Bromwich Albion coach:

(on motivation for the game against Villa, especially as West Brom lost 2-1 at Villa Park in the Premier League on Tuesday)

"No, not really. I don't think we neen any motivation, it's a local derby, it's a quarter-final of the FA Cup, it's absolutely wonderful that we've got to this stage and as I say, these are the big games that everybody should be looking forward to and we'll certainly be looking forward to it."

Question: 'Can you win the FA Cup?'

"We've got as good a chance as any of the eight teams left in there, I think."

Question: 'The draw has opened up for you a bit, hasn't it?'

"Well, you know... you go and ask Bradford (Bradford City are from the third tier of English football and have put out Chelsea and Sunderland so far), Bradford will fancy winning it as well... I hope."

SOUNDBITE (English) Tony Pulis, West Bromwich Albion coach:

(on comments made by Aston Villa coach Tim Sherwood, referring to West Brom as a 'great little club' and Villa as a 'massive club')

"No, you know, Tim is Tim and he'll be good fun for everybody around the West Midlands for the time he's at Aston Villa, I'm sure."

Question: 'Are you going to pin that (those comments) up on the changing room wall?'

"No, I don't need to pin anything up on the changing room... We've got a good bunch of lads here and they will want to win the game tomorrow (Saturday) as much as Aston Villa will want to win the game."
