"I remember back in '91 going there and watching Seve (Ballesteros) win. That was a dream come true. To get Seve's golf ball from that week as well was very special it's still in my trophy cabinet to this day so to be able to compete in the event. It had been away for too long - it's now coming back and obviously that is great news for us. It's great news for the fans. And hopefully we can put on a fantastic show at Woburn."

"It's about the players trying to bring the game of golf back to the English fans. We have starved them for too long with too many tournaments dropping away. It is coming back. It is up to us to get more and more kids playing golf. It's a great week. It's a great venue. They do golf very, very well at Woburn. I am very much looking forward to growing the game."
SOUNDBITE (English) George O'Grady, European Tour chief executive
"Ian Poulter. He is delighted to change his diary round to come back and do it. Justin Rose. Luke Donald. Lee Westwood are the other joint hosts for different editions of the tournament. Justin - of course - is the defending champion. But really this is Ian's main gig."
