SOUNDBITE (English) Misbah ul-Haq, Pakistan captain: (Question: "You needed the win?")

"Yep... (laughter)... the situation we were in, while batting, the kind of start we had and at one stage, the way that (Brendan) Taylor and (Sean) Williams were going, it's really pleasing that we could just manage to win the game."

SOUNDBITE (English) Misbah ul-Haq, Pakistan captain:

"I think the team fought really well. Special credit goes to the bowlers. They just kept up the pressure, kept taking wickets, that's the key at this World Cup. Even if you are just defending a low total, if you have the bowlers who could take wickets at intervals, you could really just penetrate. And that's what, especially the fast bowlers, did today. (Mohammed) Irfan really started well, right from the start they (Irfan and Sohail Khan) just put Zimbabwe under pressure, the kind of spell Wahab Riaz has bowled and that start, I think that was the key. All the bowlers, especially Sohail Khan and Rahat (Ali), they really bowled well. And at the end, Shahid Afridi, the four last overs were very crucial, especially the 47th, a maiden, that was the key. So, I think credit should be given to the team, especially the bowlers and the way we defended the total out there."
