Everton manager Roberto Martinez looks ahead to his side's Premier League match at Arsenal. It will be the London club's first match since a 3-1 defeat to Monaco in the Champions League.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Roberto Martinez, Everton manager (asked if Arsenal's Champions League defeat against Monaco will have an effect on Sunday's game):

"I don't think Arsenal.... will suffer from a psychological setback from what happened in the last game against Monaco. I think Arsenal, first and foremost, they've got incredible experience in this sort of games. It is true that an extra 24 hours in terms of recovery makes a big difference and all we need to make sure is that we are, fully fit and refreshed and looking forward to what's going to be a real exciting game if you go by the last three games that we have played, against each other. But, you need to remember, Arsenal are the high(est) goal scorers in the league, at home they've only got one defeat and we know that we've got a real difficult task in front of us, but in the same manner, after our result at the weekend we're desperate to, perform well and go for a, for a good result.

"Both teams were very similar in the that way we are, as teams, we want to look after the ball well, we want to control the game and that's why in those sort of games whoever takes their chances has got a good opportunity to win the game, but they've been really close encounters. In this situation we do expect that Arsenal, fully focused, to try to carry on with the outstanding form that they have in the league and we'll have to be at our very best, there's no two ways about it. But you don't expect anything different when you face Arsenal in their own pitch."
