SOUNDBITE (English) Sir Craig Reedie, World Anti-Doping Agency president:
"It's not just testing athletes, it's independent testing committees. It's appeal systems which will give the athletes confidence in what you do. And as had been mentioned already, it's also the question of education. There was a very successful symposium recently for all the national federations and it's quite clear that across this island they are buying in to what JADCO are saying and the principles for clean sport. So I can say from the WADA point of view, we are proud of what you (JADCO) have achieved. You've become an excellent case study because there are many areas of the world which need the enthusiasm and the ability that you have shown."
SOUNDBITE (English) Natalie Neita-Headley, Jamaica sports minister:
"That we take this process of anti-doping very seriously. When all other budgets were cut, the budget of JADCO has never been reduced since this government took office in 2012. In fact, it has been increased."
SOUNDBITE (English) Hon. R Danny Williams, Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission chairman:
"We hope to develop the kind of organisation where WADA will call on us and say, 'look, folks in Kenya need some help. We're recommending that you go and help them.' That's the kind of organisation that we can be proud of. Something that is befitting the quality of the athletes that we have in our country."
