Brad Haddin (English) Australia wicketkeeper:
"Oh, I think it's an exciting game. It's two host cities (countries) coming together for a World Cup match. It will obviously be sold out at Eden Park. New Zealand are playing some really, really good cricket at the moment and they're the team everyone is talking about. So, it will be good for us to test ourselves against them."
Q: What do you guys think of seeing (Brendon) McCullum so far,as there is a bit of hype surrounding him here in New Zealand?
"He's playing some brave cricket. They're all playing with a lot of confidence so, as I said before, it will be good to test ourselves against a team that's going so well."
Q: Yesterday's rain-out (versus Bangladesh) - does that raise the stakes for Saturday's (28th February) game?
"Not really, This game, as you've said before, was always going to be a big game and it's always exciting to play in games like this. So, with the two host nations coming together, I don't think it raises the stakes anymore than it was already going."
Q: Michael Clarke, he was always going to make his return yesterday (Saturday)....
"Was he, was he (laughs)?"
"I thought so! Will it affect things now it could be against New Zealand that he makes his return?
"No. Michael's been ready for a while, It was touch-and-go for the first game against England....so, he's been ready to go for a while now. I don't think it will make any difference. He's a seasoned campaigner so I don't think it will make any difference at all."
