    Script:

It's just not cricket - but it is what two sets of fans were watching on Sunday at a cricket club in Sydney - the match, none-other than India vs Pakistan
Four people were injured as the violence broke out in the midst of the World Cup group encounter which India went on to win by 76 runs in Adelaide
The four injured were reportedly taken to local hospitals suffering from cuts and bruises.

Two men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested on Monday afternoon and are expected to be charged with riot and affray offences according to local media. Officers say more arrests are likely.

Around 40 people were said to be involved in the brawl at the Merrylands RSL (Returned and Services League) club in Sydney's western suburbs.

New South Wales police say it's saddening

SOUNDBITE (English) Inspector Tamara Kirby, New South Wales State Police:

"I think it's disappointing that people can't go out and enjoy a quiet night at a registered hotel without this level of violence."
