  • Intro:

Stanislas Wawrinka set up a showdown with defending champion Tomas Berdych after beating Milos Raonic 7-6(3), 7-6(7) in the second semi-final at the ABN AMRO World Tennis tournament in Rotterdam, Netherlands on Saturday (14th February)

    Script:

Second seed Milos Raonic faced number four seed Stanislas Wawrinka in the second semi-final at the World Tennis tournament in Rotterdam on Saturday.

And the Canadian looked to have his serving game in tune early on, moving 4-3 ahead in the first.

Wawrinka had a four and 0 record coming into this and he found a lucky mini break in the first set tie break.

And Wawrinka then served out the set.

The second set offered chances for Raonic to break, yet Wawrinka held firm and the game moved into another tie break.

At 6-4 the Canadian had a serve to tie up the match, however Raonic was forced to play that extra shot at the net & from there he collapsed.

Wawrinka at 8-7 had a serve for the match and he made no mistake.

He'll now face Tomas Berdych in Sunday's final.
