England beat Italy 47-17 at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday (14th February) to make it two wins from as many games in the 2015 Six Nations championship.

    Script:

SOUNDBITE: Stuart Lancaster, England head coach (asked if he was satisfied with the performance):

"No, not at all. I mean defensively I think, soft try first up, soft try at the end and…. so, that's a bit disappointing really, that we didn't get the sort of the same level intensity throughout the, 80 minutes that we needed really, but I thought the latter end of the first half but more importantly the…. 20, 30 minutes of the second half we played some excellent rugby and some great tries and some good team tries, some good individual tries and Jonathan Joseph obviously takes the plaudits and rightly so."

SOUNDBITE: Stuart Lancaster, England head coach (on Jonathan Joseph):

" Yes, it was a big…. big shift to put him on the wing really. Obviously in an ideal world we wouldn't have gone down that route, that early obvisouly, but Brownie's (Mike Brown) injury, it's an obvious one for us to put Anthony (Watson) to full back having played there for his club and JJ (Joseph) on the wing and he still found a way to influence the game as well, which is great."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Stuart Lancaster, England head coach (on Mike Brown's injury and his chance of being fit for Ireland game):

"That certainly helps, the fact it's two weeks and a day (until Ireland host England in Dublin). So obviously we'll take him through the return to play protocol. Just speaking to him in the changing room, he seems fine. Grumpy the fact that he had to miss the game, frustrated, he's grumpy anyway, so, he's…. we'll see. We've got a training week coming up, we'll train Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Clearly he'll take no part in that and we'll see how he goes in the lead up to the Ireland game."
