"It is one of those (tournaments) that we really needed back on the schedule. We have had great and succesful tournaments here in the past and success of Thai players as well - especially in the Kiradech (Aphibarnrat) and Thongchai (jaidee). So, it was a long time coming but it is great to be back."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Thomas Bjorn, Denmark:
"I feel like I have had a long time off. Played in Dubai and didn't play particuarly well but I had a long break over the winter and am still working my way back into it but when the gun goes you never really know with golf. It can come to you very quickly so hopefully when we are on the tee tomorrow it will be a good start and we can get into it and be there on Sunday."

SOUNDBITE: (english) Thongchai Jaidee, Thailand:
"for me to have some people support (me) in this tournament..anything you know. We spend lot of time and we have more to play around the world but this tournament is my home country. I would like to make in it anything you know, like performing to get better. You play good but anyway weveryone supports. For me I don't put any pressure on you know. Anything just relax and enjoy the tournament."

SOUNDBITE: (english) Johan Edfors, Sweden:
"no, I have had a couple of rough years mainly off the course and then a few injuries as well so I have had a long break bnefore last year and then played some Challenge Tour towards the end of last year and started playing a bit better again and enjoyed myself. So I have got some kinf of status this year at least. So you are going to see me a bit and if I can get the game back on track I will be up there again."
