A hat-trick from Darren Cave helped Ulster to a four-try bonus point 26-7 win over Leicester, which knocked the English club out of the European Champions Cup.
Script:
Leicester needed a win with a four-try bonus point to keep their European Champions Cup hopes alive.
But they faced a formidable Ulster at Ravenhill, who despite being knocked out, were looking to end their campaign on a high.
And in the 19th minute Darren Cave gave the home fans something to cheer about.
Cave added a second just before half-time.
He ran a good support line for Ian Humphries and evaded any outstretched arms.
The centre completed his hat-trick in the 43rd minute despite the best efforts of Leicester to deny him.
Ulster got their four-try bonus point seven minutes later with a simple backline move from a scrum and Craig Gilroy dotted down in the corner.
Adam Thompstone crossed over for Leicester in 54th minute, but the English club couldn't muster any more.
Ulster defended resolutely to frustrate Leicester and finished off their European campaign with a 26-7 win.
